about

Artificial Horizon, the band's first release, has a strong rock feel which deftly avoids the mindlessness which much contemporary rock has degenerated into.

Forever Einstein produces energized music that you can feel, move to, and think about. This was the bands first release and it shows how their signature 'power trio with smarts' sound was in place from the very beginning.

----- ----- -----

I have a personal fondness for this release by this band. I was just becoming friends with Chuck and stayed at his tiny house in CT for a weekend while my wife visited her folks and - if my increasingly faulty memory is correct - his very new band, Forever Einstein, played a great gig in a great setting; an art space that was a converted mill building in Worcester, MA.

The gig was on the 3rd or 4th floor and there was a huge window and it was night and it was very dark, but there was a tremendous thunderstorm happening during the show, so the black of the sky was often lit up with huge bolts of lightning!

In addition to god's own light-show, the band played great, and I was really impressed, and we began discussing doing a record right there and then!

A memorable experience.
