Forrest Fang combines influences and instruments of many lands together with a modern esthestic and electronic instruments. Forrest plays violin, sampler, and instruments from Bali, Botswana, China, India, Java, Kenya, Mexico, Mongolia, Syria and Thailand. His music is neither traditional nor "world music", but a personal mixture of influences and instrumentation.
