This is one of those rare albums that makes me teeter between the emotions of grinning maniacally as if I know something you don’t know and then being unwillingly thrust into an angry, contemplative existential crisis where I know that I know absolutely nothing. It’s elaborately delightful. fertilemyrtle
I was losing hope in finding new music that I would like. This was very pleasantly refreshing.
Richard Larcombe's guitar work is great, love the atmospheres, which are somewhat dark at least to my ears - in spite of the funny lyrics, which without a booklet I unfortunately cannot fully appreciate, not being a native speaker and not having the best English listening skills.
They instantly became one of my favorite bands. Gold. ale38
Call it neo-classical, call it folk music with classic instruments, call it, whatever you like - this is beautiful music mostly instrumental with two guest appearances of iamthemorning's amazing singer Marjana Semkina. Carsten Pieper
